THE SITUATION

As a result of the powerful role that tractor trailers and other commercial vehicles play in our economy, proper illumination is fairly important during travel. However, while changing the lights, it is difficult not to damage it when trying to pry and push the light into sockets, and it is very time consuming.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Clearance Light Installation Tool allows service persons to install clearance lights easily and quickly. To use, simply place the light inside the barrel and insert it into the light socket. It comes in different sizes with expandable barrels to fit different light sizes. It is easy to use, cuts down installation time and cost, as well as reduces damage to the lights.  

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Clearance Light Installation Tool are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

The Clearance Light Installation Tool is the subject of Patent Pending in     Canada and the US. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
