Containers of this type are typically egg shaped around and comprise two half sections with forming a hollow interior within which the toy is contained. There is a need for an apparatus for a novelty gift item directed toward adults.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Eggcite is an adult-themed novelty gift that includes a chocolate or candy-type egg with an adult surprise inside. It includes an interior non-edible container having two sections forming a hollow interior and an edible coating, such as chocolate or candy, surrounding the non-edible container, and it comes in different sizes The Eggcite may be packaged in various materials such as cellophane or metal foil. An adult themed novelty gift will be located inside the non-edible container, such as a vial of massage oil, a flavored condom, handcuffs, vibrators, or an article of clothing such as a thong.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Eggcite are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

The Eggcite is the subject of Patent Pending in the United States & Canada. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
