THE SITUATION

Trying to keep lawns groomed and healthy can be a lot of work. Most lawn aerators are either very expensive and heavy, or too light weight and unreliable to achieve the desired performance and effectiveness.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This eco-friendly push lawn aerator helps users easily and safely maintain and repair their lawns. The aerator tines are the plug type which are used in commercial lawn aerators and are highly effective at removing soil plugs from the lawn which allows air, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots and also increases lawn drainage. 

The four aerator tine rotors rotate independently, allowing the aerator to be steered around common obstacles very easily, and the adjustable handle is designed to accommodate user height as well as ground hardness conditions. The adjustable liquid fertilizer tank makes it easy to dispense fertilizer, saving time and resulting in professional lawn quality results. The garden claw and trowel can help repair dead lawn and pet dropping areas. The eco-friendly lawn aerator is car portable and light enough for one person to load and unload or to hang elevated on hooks for storage using the ergonomic grip handles. It has a removable safety cover to guard the customer’s body, pets, vehicles and storage location from property damage caused by the four sharp tine rotors when the aerator is being transported or stored. It is very easy to maintain, will not rust, and there is no grease, oil, or gas required. Just simply clean with soap and water and let dry after using the lawn aerator.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Push Lawn Aerator are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

The Push Lawn Aerator is the subject of Patent Pending in the United States & Canada. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
