THE SITUATION

Wrap bandages are commonly used by boxers, martial artists, and dancers, to protect the hand, ankle, and wrist against injuries. Rolling them back manually is often time-consuming and a hassle. The Rip-Wrap Hand Wrap Winder allows for the quick and efficient winding of wraps, while taking most of the twists out as it is wound. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

By placing one end of a hand-wrap into the inner slot on the wrapping device, the wrap can be rolled up neatly and efficiently, saving a great deal of time and allowing for clean and neat storage. If the Velcro end of a hand-wrap is inserted into the slot for winding, the wrap can be used neatly and re-applied afterwards without having a great deal of wrap, ribbon, or bandage left on the floor, which would otherwise need to be untwisted as it is applied.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Rip-Wrap Hand Wrap Winder are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

The Rip-Wrap Hand Wrap Winder is the subject of Patent Pending in the United States & Canada. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
