MISSION STATEMENT
To supply the global market with a simple solution to stabilize the auger motor bracket for pellet grills & smokers.
THE SITUATION
When auger motors in pellet grills and smoker systems improperly align, it binds, and damages the gears in the motor and bends the factory plate. This problem exists with a few different brands of pellet smoker/grills because they use the same auger and hopper assemblies. This bracket solves the problem of centering and stabilizing the motor to the auger shaft assembly.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Stabilizing Bracket is a bracket that attaches to existing bolts on the electric auger drive motor to stabilize and centralize it during operation, eliminating the factory mounting plate from deforming and bending. resulting in less wear and tear. It keeps the drive motor inline with the auger, which optimizes the torque output of the motor, and there is also a reduction in operational noise. Two holes need to be drilled in the lower existing plate to attach it firmly.
OBJECTIVES
The developers of the Stabilizing Bracket are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
The Stabilizing Bracket is the subject of Patent Pending in United States. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
