THE SITUATION

In recent years, more and more vehicle manufacturers have been moving towards designing and building vehicles with plastic exteriors. However, with the current rise in exterior plastic body panels there is need to remove adhesive without damaging paint finish and the plastic.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Adhesive Remover Wheel speeds up the removal of adhesives from moldings and other plastic automotive parts. It includes a small rubber wheel on a mandrel that removes adhesive on painted and non-painted automotive parts. The device is portable and easy to use with excellent longevity, making it perfect for multi-use. It has been tested and works at an average 224% faster and speeds up time required to removed adhesive. It is safe and will not damage plastics if kept under certain RPMs.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Adhesive Remover Wheel are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

The Adhesive Remover Wheel is the subject of Patent Pending in United States. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
