Hydraulic hoists are commonly used for construction, mining, equipment, mobile cranes and dump or garbage trucks. However, current industry steel material has excessive weight, requires more maintenance and downtime, complex to assemble and increased manufacturing costs.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Composite Telescopic Cylinder provides a cleaner, lighter, and simpler alternative to current hydraulic hoists. This device incorporates multiple cylinders made from composite materials which runs on any kind of fluid or compressed gas. It is very easy to assemble, using multiple stackable tubes. No welding or machines are needed, and there is less maintenance and downtime. The composite cylinders weight approximately 260lbs, which is a third of the steel cylinders weighing 800lbs. The Composite Telescopic Cylinder is environmentally friendly, with Carbon Capture Potential and new recycling technologies, thereby radically reducing carbon footprint and revolutionizing the future of the industry.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Composite Telescopic Cylinder are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.
