THE SITUATION

In the beauty and medical industries, using brushes for product application is very common. However, the brush bristles are manufactured from synthetic hair-like material which do not offer desired hygienic properties.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Silicone Mask Fan Brush provides a silky soft touch for applying mask, chemical peels, creams and serums without absorbing the disinfectant or bacteria. These bristles are non-porous and would not absorb unwanted chemicals or bacteria. The thin bristles are designed to come to a fine point, giving off a frayed look. It is reusable and can be cleaned in 70% isopropyl alcohol to disinfect without absorbing the disinfectant. It is durable, simple to wash, sanitize and store for multiple uses.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Silicone Mask Fan Brush are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

The Silicone Mask Fan Brush is the subject of Patent Pending in Canada and the US. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
