Millions of multifamily housing units are constructed yearly in North America alone. These dwellings are designed in such a way that outdoor patio privacy between units is often non-existent, in many cases patios are often underutilized due to the lack of personal space. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VIBZ come in an easy to assemble kit that enables individuals with close quarter outdoor patios to create an environment that offers privacy between units. Creativity is at the forefront of the VIBZ concept and empowers originality. VIBZ combines spatial elevation with functionality and offers a range of themes, colors and patterns to the consumer. Comprised of a lightweight, washable, and breathable material complete with quick release pulls tabs. Frames adhere to wood, aluminum, steel, and plastic using industrial grade Velcro. Sizing is fully customizable and will fit any outdoor railing or patio configuration. Storage requires only a small footprint making them ideal for areas with limited square footage. VIBZ not only offer an uplifted look during the day but present a luminescent feel at night with the flip of a blacklight switch. 

OBJECTIVES

The developers of VIBZ are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

VIBZ is the subject of Patent Pending in Canada and the US. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
