THE SITUATION

Smart watches have the ability to monitor the body of the user and provide statistics after the fact for health or exercise reasons. However, for people who breathe too shallow, getting their breathing rate after the fact will do little or nothing to help guide them in stabilizing their breathing. This is why we created the Breathing Coach Application.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Breathing Coach Application is a smart watch that helps users reprogram their shallow breathing habits and monitor their breathing in real-time. Users set their conscious-relaxed breath on the device so it knows how deep the user’s healthy breath is. Once the device touches the wrist, breathing begins to be monitored. As the user inhales and exhales, the device notifies them if their breathing becomes too shallow or is going the opposite direction too soon by vibrating. The box breathing setting provides effective mindfulness and relaxation, and the 4-4-4 pattern vibrates at the end of numbers, sending a precise signal to the brain. The user just needs to focus on feeling the vibration and toxic energy leaving the body, providing a full experience for the user. 

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Breathing Coach Application are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
The Breathing Coach Application is the subject of Patent Pending in Canada and the US. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
