PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Gorilla Chest Blaster helps increase muscle mass without the risk of shoulder damage. This machine guides you to maximize in a full range of flex and relaxation, with a strong focus on contracting. To use, simply stand over the center, bending with your arms fully extended out to your sides. Grab the handles, pulling and squeezing your arms together in a specific motion to get the desired flex. The resistance is adjustable to accommodate different heights and sizes, allowing for continues growth, and provides the user with a more natural workout position, thereby alleviating stress on the shoulder. The device came from the quest to develop and strength the pectoral muscles, and it also builds up deltoids, trapezoids and biceps. The Standing Forward Bend Bench Press Apparatus is built from recycled metals and materials.
