The Perforated Eave Trim and Roof Ventilation System is an edging system for steel roofs that eliminates moisture condensation problems by creating airflow from the edge of the roof to the peak. This prevents ice buildup and damage to the roof and eves.

HOW IT WORKS

Wood strapping is attached to the existing roof to establish a space for airflow between the two roof systems

The perforated eve trim is installed to the edge of the roof system and then the steel roofing is attached to the roof

Air is then taken in through the perforated edge and rising inside between the two layers of roofing material that then expelled at the peak through a roof vent
