EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

MISSION STATEMENT

To supply the global market with a reusable paint container that includes a built-in roller tray.

THE SITUATION

Most paint jobs require the use of containers to mix and apply the paint on furniture, walls, etc. However, current paint containers leave paint residues or are hard to clean, making it challenging to reuse the same container, thereby causing unnecessary waste.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Reusable Paint Container provides a simple way to use a paint container more than once. It includes a built-in roller tray inside the bucket, making painting more comfortable because there is no need to hold the paint can. It can be folded out after using one side, allowing multiple uses as the leftover paint can be cleaned and taken out. Dry paint will not be an issue anymore. The shape of the container will allow an easier, more functional use while cutting and rolling, especially on a ladder. The handle provides a secure grip, making it much safer to use. It is also cost-effective, as there is no need to purchase plastic cans and liners when using a different paint.

OBJECTIVES

The developers of the Reusable Paint Container are offering to license the manufacturing and distribution rights to qualified organizations. These organizations should be capable of producing the product and/or accessing the appropriate markets with the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
The Reusable Paint Container is the subject of Patent Pending in Canada and the US. Other territories are being considered on an as needed basis.
